Non Chain: I live in the far flung exurbs. We have a place out here (Gainesville, VA) called Pizza NY Margarita and they are my favorite.

I love Pepe's inzza in New Haven, too (never had Sally's, though.)
I like Corner Slice in Bethesda a lot, too, for non-chain.
Papa John's for chain-pizza is pretty good, imo.
