case manager here - yes, they will cover helmets. You just need an order sent to your case manager or the auth dept.

They only cover what your first insurance denies.
lets say your primary insurance don't cover ABA therapy if you have, HSCSN they will cover it as a secondary insurance.

Looking for another parent who uses DC's Health Services for Children with Special Needs medical coverage. I'm new to it and would like to hear from someone else who uses it. Do you like it? Is it a hassle? Anything they won't cover that you needed?
