Op here. Thanks for all the responses. Feeling sort if sick now because I literally went to all the grocery stores near my house and bought as many different brands of swedish meatballs as I could. I am listing them below in order of my preference from most tasty/favorite to least tasty/least favorite...

1.Stouffers
2.Lean Cuisine
3.Boston Market
4.Marie Calendars
5.Smart Ones

Still wanting to try Ikea, Michelinas, and homemade.

Just make the drive to Ikea. That is my favorite food in the world. Love that shit. Horse and all.

I make homemade swedish meatballs (my own meatballs and a delicious sauce with heavy cream and beef broth).

That being said, even with this high bar, I really LOVE the SMARTONES frozen ones. In the red box. Go get 'em!

it's honestly faster to make it yourself - we make these all the time and my son loves them

I'm pregnant right now and at work in DC. I work near Farragut West Metro. I'm having a craving so strong for a frozen Swedish Meatball meal that I can't concentrate.
