Hate the kitchen.

I think it is a beautiful, live-able house in a great neighborhood. Bummer on the traffic, but I'd sure take a serious look at it if I was shopping right now...

I remember when this house was on the market a few years ago. Still looks great. Only drawback is that 41st St is a little busy here. $1.3 is a lot for a busy street. You are VERY close to the park and in true walking distance to the metro.

Absolutely gorgeous! Love both the outside and inside.
