Hmm, I am the anti-Vegemite/Marmite poster from up above you. I think I could get behind this egg & hummus idea, though!

I know it's cultural, but I think Marmite and Vegemite are just about the oddest foods out there. Who would want to spread yeast extract (a byproduct of beer brewing) on TOAST??? And WHY???? S~h~u~d~d~e~r.

Love pizza with ranch dressing. The gravy's a little over the top, though.

My friend used to eat peanut butter and salsa sandwiches. Sounded so weird but was oddly yummy.

T
his isn't THAT weird, but we are currently living in Argentina and the other day we had a sandwich that came with fries covered in mayo (like you couldn't even see the fries over the layer of mayo) with scrambled eggs underneath and chimi sauce on top. It was def. odd.

Damn that sounds good.

This is cultural. Fries with mayo -- common all over the world. And many things are served with an egg on top.

In Japan, pizza with corn, beets and other odd ingredients.

That sounds pretty freaking good.

I was just going to say the same thing. They sell peanut butter similar to that now. I forget what it's called but it has a monkey on the label. It's delicious.
