This is true. I know this house and IRL there is more room - though I think it would still be tough to get in and out of the third garage.

Not mention being across the street from Haycock's Kiss and Ride. Plus it has already had two fires. It is priced way too high.

Developer probably didn't have a choice on barrier. Probably couldn't have a road/driveway wider than x feet coming out onto Westmoreland.

i'd have two recurrent scrapes on my car - one on the side where i repeatedly hit the garage door and the other on my wheel where i repeatedly hit the curb. i don't know why they bother with that silly barrier - would b e easier to just turn right into your garage.
also, in the snow (if it every does snow around here), it would be really hard b/c you'd lose a foot of clearance to pull out.
