Lots. Just a couple:

- Put on a pot of rice or put rice in rice cooker. Season to taste. Take chicken breasts, debone (or by BLSL) and cut into medallions. Brown butter, saute the chicken, add a chiffonade of basil (chopped basil), squeeze a half lemon over the chicken. While chicken is sauteing put broccoli spears or florets into a bowl with about 1/2 " water on the bottom with a plate over the bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Pour off water, rinse with cool water quickly to stop the cooking. Everything will be out in about 30 minutes, mostly waiting for the rice to cook.

- Put your favorite pasta on to boil. Cook for about 2 minutes under the time on the box. Chop or thinly slice onions and mince garlic. Slice precooked sausage (unless that is too processed for you). Cook onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic until it blooms and you can smell the garlic. Add sausage, cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add a can of diced tomatoes, cook for about 5 minutes. (if you choose to use fresh tomatoes, get very ripe tomatoes and cook for about 15 minutes instead of 5). Add pasta and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add fresh chopped basil, leave on heat for 30-45 seconds. Serve.
