+2! I really don't think 250 is too large too fly. If you would feel more comfortable, purchase an aisle seat so you get a little more space. And ignore the haters.

I'm about your size and usually try to buy an economy plus seat. It's more comfortable for me and helps with the seat situation.

Unfortunately, I've sat next to people OP's size and they are spilling over their seat into MY seat. Airlines should be tougher on making them buy another seat and staying out of mine.

I worried about it too on my last flight and I was fine. My friend who weighs 450lbs has never had to buy an extra seat and she flies a lot, and internationally.

i weigh 250. measurements are 44-36-52. im 5'4. I have been really nervous about being told I can't fly.
And I don't need to be told that i need to lose weight. Came down already from 312, still losing.
