Ahh, close your windows? Kids adapt, and so can you. I grew up in Warsaw. I learned to sleep through construction, neighbors yelling, my parents banging pans in the kitchen at 6 am making breakfast.
I hope you can be civil. I understand your frustration. But please here your neighbors out, and don't go in with the attitude you have now.
