Sorry, I should have been more specific. We are out-of-towners trying to send completely prepared meals, on a regular basis, to a family dealing with a seriously ill family member. They don't have any time to cook, and we're looking for a food service that can deliver healthy and complete meals (so we're not just ordering in takeout from local places). Soupergirl is one that looks good, and we're looking for more options. Thanks for any guidance.

I have been using Blue Apron, and love it. Also Scratch DC if you want something local. Both companies deliver all the ingredients plus instructions.
