Always junk food, usually involving chocolate and/or peanut butter. As we speak I am preparing to eat 2 Reese's cups.

Raspberries! I feel like they clean out the gross remnants of the day and my stomach feels better when I wake up AM.

i often sneak into the kitchen for a quick bite before bed... tonight, i finsihed the last 3 teaspoons of rice pudding "so that i could put it in the dishwasher"
that led me down the slippery slope to a handful of goldfish flavored "vanilla cupcake" - it took all my power not to dip them in nutella.
oh, and had 5 m&ms

seriously having a sweet tooth problem here

as a side note, i didn't go to the gym today and i think NOT going makes that days' eating habits crappier. unclear why.\

so, what's your favorite before bed snack? (please tell me i'm not the only sweet tooth in the dc metro area)
