For a standard 80% efficiency furnace direct vent that is about right. I would still get a couple more quotes. Also, don't be tempted to go with carrier: Bryant is the same product for cheaper.

Has anyone had to replace a furnace and if so how much does this cost? We got an estimate for $4300. Our house is 2k square feet. Is this a reasonable price? Thanks.
