Honestly, until you are pretty experienced in Pilates, I wouldn't use a DVD. I would take a few more classes with an instructor who can make sure you are doing it right first.

Windsor pilates. Love it.

I have a different recommendation though. I started doing Ballet Beautiful total body DVD and it's great.

I did my first pilates class last week and I really liked it. I found it to be challenging in a different way than my other workouts. I'd like to find a DVD/Instant video recommendation. Please share, thanks!
