Braise them in a sauce. They will taste fine. The texture might have suffered a bit in the freezer, but the sauce will fix it.

How well wrapped are they? If they're vaccum sealed I'd say go for it, if it's a styrofoam tray with Saran wrap from the butcher they probably are not going to taste very good.
