OP: It's funny that you mention that because I thought there might be some genetic component to it because my mother can be the same way (although I am worse). How do you deal with letting them out in public?

Me too, super stinky and silent. I just try to not do it in public. It gets worse with processed food for sure and no beer anymore ever.

Luckily my husband's sense of smell is horrible and I can get away with them. I love me some sautéed onions but boy do they kill my stomach and anything around me a couple of hours later.

Processed food makes mine stinkier. I would cut down on those, if not get them out entirely.

You can't be that anonymous!

I got rid of my farts (and I was a room clearer) by giving up red meat, processed flour and milk. The drs ran every imaginable test and could never find a cause. I played around with food and cured it. It is horrible, op. I know. Good luck.

Currently I have daily products occasionally (1-2x week or so). In the past I have cut them out completely for over a year.

What about milk products?

PP here- and I'm not mocking you. Good for you. Maybe you will find some commonalities and figure this out.

Ok, so sorry if this is TMI, but...I have such stinky farts. I always have since I was young. It's not lactose or gluten intolerance. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat much at all, my butt just stinks. DH is a good sport about it, but even he says that my farts are the worst he has ever encountered. Is there anyone else out there like me? This can be our anonymous support group, lol!
