I started running for the first time in 10 years this summer, and I am hooked again. However the T/Th program I was doing through PR Training won't work for me with job/kids in the summer (cant' say enough wonderful things about the PR Program). Are there any evening (like 7:30) or early weekend training groups in the Burke/Lorton area. I haven't been able to find any.
