I live in TP. Where can I get more info on this?

I've got no idea. Just show up on Saturday and introduce yourself. They run along Sligo Creek. Varying skill levels.

Oh bummer, I used to live there and wish I had known about this!

no recommendations but YEAH for reaching a half marathon. Good job! I'm working on just 3 miles.

DC Striders has some slower paced groups, but I don't recall where. There also are runs out of the Bethesda Lulumon store, which I believe take all levels. Also check out Montgomery county Road runners club - they may specify slower paces.

I've been running off and on for a few years. After dealing with a chronic injury for some time I've slowly been able to increase my mileage again and am now training for my first half marathon! I usually run on my own but it can get boring and I'd love to find a group to run with once a week. Surely there must be some running clubs around in MoCo?? I tried a group run at the Pacers store in SS but frankly I'm too slow for that group- ended up running on my own anyway. Hoping my pace will improve over time but even at my fastest I was never much better than a 10 min mile (currently more like 11). Anyone know of groups with diverse pace levels?

Thanks much.
