I often make meatloaf with mashed potatoes, salad or side vegetable, but the potatoes have dairy. So I would just sub roasted potatoes.

You can also do the same with a roasted or rotisserie chicken instead of the meatloaf.

Stir-fry with rice also works.

Roast chicken, roasted potatoes, green salad. It's all good cold, too.

Pasta with olive oil, sausage, red peppers? No cheese, though.

I just realized that the food I usually bring to families with a new baby has dairy. Won't work this time because of allergies. I would appreciate suggestions!
