I like the Whole Foods Frozen Organic - broccoli florets, chopped spinach, snap peas, green peas, edamame, green beans, southwestern mix (red, green, & yellow peppers and onions), mediterranean mix. Aside from the southwestern mix, I usually just prepared them steams with a little salt and pepper. The southwestern mix - I dice some yukon gold potatoes then steam or boil them until fork tender, then sautee the veggies together with potatoes. Makes a nice potato hash.
