Subject: Fruit butters (apple, mango, pineapple, etc...) - which is your favorite recipe?
I've only made a crock pot apple butter - I think it was this one - http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2011/10/sauced-apple-butter-recipe.html
It was excellent, and the house smelled amazing all day.

Subject: Fruit butters (apple, mango, pineapple, etc...) - which is your favorite recipe?
Some seem a bit simpler than others but I need some ideas and opinions as I plan this journey into making one.
