I want to improve my stair climbing endurance. I have access to tall buildings and high-rises, but the stairwells are stuffy and can be uncomfortable to walk up for exercise.
Are there outdoor spots in the area where I can train to walk up many stories of stairs (or repeat up/down)? Preferably looking in the Arlington/Alexandria area, but open to all suggestions.
