Ugh I hate those things. But yes, my sister used to do this. My parents were very anti-candy so Ricola was like a drug. I was craving candy too but I wasn't that hard up!

lol looks like i am not the only one. i maybe eat 1 a day if my throat is not sore and 3-4 if it is. it seems to keep the hoarseness away after talking on the phones all day as well

Have you tried zinc cough drops? Think the zinc would be good for you even if you aren't sick.

They are mostly sugar, so if you're eating a bunch of other sugar their intake won't help. But no, other than that I don't see anything wrong with them.

I like them too. They're my go to in the winter when I have a scratchy throat.

i eat about 2-3 ricola's daily, usually after meals on a daily basis.

not because i'm sick or have an irritated throat, but because i love how they taste.

are they bad for you if you use them like this?
