If you only have a box, I would eat all of them. We have a fig tree, so I end up with a ton.

Put them on a charcuterie plate. Dried meats, cheeses, fruit. Wine. Crackers or bread. Mmmm.

1 container. I eat them out of the box, delish, never makes it into anything.

Crostini topped with goat cheese and a slice of fresh fig.

But come on - if you're gonna die, make it death by bacon wrapped goat cheese napalm.

Stuff with goat cheese and wrap in bacon. Broil so the bacon kind of carmalizes. The trick is to avoid getting the goat cheese too hot.

You can serve them in a salad with goat cheese, dried cranberries, almonds and cherry tomatoes. I also cut them up and add them to my plain Greek yogurt. My kids eat them plain.

They are great in a salad with some goat cheese! You also can serve them just like that. They are delicious...

I've made a couple of batches of fig-balsamic jam (great for a cheese plate, but also on pretty much anything). This week, I also made a fig-goat cheese-pecan-honey tart from jocooks.com. It was ambitious, but MAN it tasted good!

Figs are awesome wrapped with prosciutto, stuffed with cheese, or just seared on an arugula salad. I'm kind if obsessed right now.

We have fig trees in our backyard in Florida. I make fig preserves out of them.

I bought a container of them, having no clue what to do with them.
