Look at their linkedin profiles to give you an idea of who they are prior to the interview so you can find commonalities or common interests/topics to bring up

If you know who the interviewers are ahead of time google the heck out of them. Read their articles, cases, anything.

Since it is your dream job I am going to presume you know all there s to know about the company/firm/department. Show off your know your knowledge and interest of them.

Try to keep all 3 people engaged -- it's easy to sometimes only focus on the most talkative one. Good luck!
