The first month of Insanity, the workouts are about 45 min; in the second month, they are about an hour. Focus T25, as PP mentioned, is the new, shorter (25 min) version of Insanity. Both Insanity and Focus T25 are more challenging than Jillian Michaels's workouts, IMO. If I were you, I'd start with the 30-Day Shred (it's not very expensive), and then move onto Focus T25.
