OP here. Thanks for all inputs. Yes, most meals can easily be made "gluten-free" by eliminating the wheat items, but harder to find places where the have actual wheat item substitutes like gluten-free bread, rolls, buns etc, knowing that gluten-free items may cost a bit more than wheat items. Again, thanks to all.
