I only ever see the organic lamb chops there and they are so pricey. I think $12 something a pound.

Call the butcher in Springfield. Sorry the name escapes me. It's in the same shopping center as buy buy baby.

Costco sells the little rib chops at a reasonable price. Finding shoulder chops is a little more hit or miss. At one time or another I've seen them at all the grocery stores around here, but it's not always in stock. I'd definitely call ahead.

Just got lamb neck slices through Safeway delivery and can't wait to cook them. It's a hard cut to find, but it makes fantastic stew. Only $2.49lb, too.

Safeway usually has them.
