They should peel fine. But for extra easy peeling crack each one and place it back in the cold water. The water will get between the egg and the shell. Peel those eggs while you boil the next batch.
BTW if you start to get stressed because it seems like you have to boil a whole bunch go to Harris Teeters... they have hard boiled eggs already peeled.
