Yes - 7 teachers resigned this year - they retired. The seven teachers/admin had a combined service of over 200 years at the school, so it seems that it took these folks quite a while [almost 30 years on average] to figure out what a terrible place Landon is. ;>

Without knowing the specifics of the Landon situation, but being somewhat familiar with the independent school hiring scene, I can say that there was very little movement in the past 3-4 years but now there is more movement and more jobs opening up generally. So a lot of faculties are seeing some built-up turnover happen. I doubt it is anything more than that, honestly.

Heard there were an unusual number of resignations at Landon in June. Anyone know anything about this?
