Subject: Commute from Leesburg to Charles Town, WV
7 to 340 is a decent alternate route for somewhat inclement weather. You may find you just like it better anyway.
9 won't be bad since most of the traffic is coming SB on Route 9.
They've expanded 9 in WVA recently, so there is that.

Under 45 minutes but how about in the winter? Will it be horrid?
