I am the PP who prefers Volt to Citronelle and we had a great time at Little Serrow for my birthday this year - but it wasn't a milestone one and it was just 2 of us. I think the whole waiting in line on a sidewalk, no parties larger than 4, not knowing what time you'll actually eat would detract from the "specialness" the poster is looking for.
