I'd explain to him that those kind of comments make you uncomfortable, just as they would if he made them to your mom. Would he say something like that to your friends and/or family? If not, he shouldn't say it on FB.

It's tacky but, as others pointed out, it's not like the whole world is going to see his remarks.

Even so, if I were in your shoes, I would probably let my husband know that his comments were embarrassing to me, please stop.

My husband is not well-groomed in Facebook etiquette quite yet. His most recent status was "Going to watch my wife show off some dresses and her booty."
