Well, the good thing is that YoBaby yogurt is fortified with iron. The latest I have heard on this is not that the iron and calcium totally cancel each other out, but that a person's body will end up absorbing more of whichever nutrient it is that they're lacking.
The biggest issue I can see with the YoBaby is that it's a very small serving size-- 60 calories? I forget-- and if it's all she's eating for lunch, she's not getting much. She literally eats nothing but milk products? No bread? Fruit? NOTHING?
