An investor will buy a property flip it and then next year buy another property under a another name

A lot of purchasers change their name according to the property. Is that what you're seeing? Something like 123 Main St. LLC, and then 345 Church St. LLC?

Was looking at some home sales and noticed investment companies buying homes over the years but modifying the name slightly year after year.
