Vaccaro's is great, but the shop at union station closed years ago. I don't think the one near Georgetown is there either.

OP, the only Italian place I know of is the Italian Store in Arlington/Falls Church. Not where you specified, sorry. I know it is difficult to find authentic Italian anything in this area.

Check out Cornucopia in Bethesda.

Parkway Deli in Silver Spring/Chevy Chase has some like that.
