Oh yes, it does, and likes them. But it's indoor-trained. And can only meet other dogs that have been screened by the human first.

I think there are people who are such helicopter dog owners, they wouldn't dare even go to a dog park. or let their dog run in the yard. or let their dog loose in the house. or pretty much let their dog do anything except tricks or lap time.
