How long have you had the FitBit? Is it worth the money?
I think I am the quoted PP. I got the fitbit right around xmas. For months I just wore it and it didn't really change my behavior. The past couple months, my competitive juices kicked in and I am really striving to hit my goal each day, which means finding time to walk or run before or after work, etc. Also, I like the syncing with MFP and the extra calories I get.
That said, I have not lost any weight... but it's helping me create better exercise and eating habits. So yes, I think it's worth it.
