Nava Thai and Ruan Thai. Dustin Thai is also OK
We have not been impressed with any of the others- Benjarong, Sala Thai etc.

Ruan Thai is awesome. If you like duck, get the crispy duck with Thai basil. It's like crack. Haven't tried Nava Thai yet but it's on the list.

Sweet Basil in downtown Bethesda was the best, but I think it closed.
