Probably not a huge difference. Low FARMs schools do well. Some charters will do well. The days of miraculous gains or surprise slumps are probably over. Our WoTP principal already told us scores will likely stagnate and "achievement gap" is same or worse, need time to implement common core, blah blah blah.
I'm more concerned about how we're supposed to compare DCPS and Charter schools beyond test scores. Is a DCPS Reward school better or the same than a charter Tier 1 school?
Still can't believe my now 8 year old did so much testing this year. Seems like such a waste of time. Still not sure child is in the right school for their needs.
