Looks like a fun place to party! I'd love to learn about whoever owns it.

It's a great house with great space, light, flow, and waterfront location. It has poor paint choices. But you need to see beyond the paint.

Yes, and I'm guessing it involves a body being buried in the cement foundation and a gun or two thrown in the Bay.

Is this where 80's hair bands go to retire?

fav DCUM line of the day (so far)

I'm amazed that it's "only" 3.5M for that much space, large lot on the water, pool, guest house, etc.

That's one way of describing it.

There should be a life-sized cut-out of Don Johnson standing in the foyer.

And what's with the lion statues in the driveway?

Recently there was a thread about a 34 million dollar home in Stevensville, just on the other side of the Bay Bridge. Here's the link to the thread including the link to the photos of the house.

As we were driving home from the beach yesterday, DW decided to look up the house and see what else was for sale in that area. Lo' and behold, we stumbled across another gem, but at a much lower price just up the road from the 34 million dollar place. Feast your eyes on this, but don't do so after you've eaten. You may get dizzy. This is Miami Vice-Mob gone way bad.
