No. We are a small agency and at least 60% lawyers, maybe more, so paying bar dues or CLE fees would be prohibitively expensive. A shame. I really miss the days when the firm paid for it all.

Yes to bar dues, for one jurisdiction. But it's unusual even within my agency, my small attorney group is the only one I know of with this perk.
CLEs- we used to be allowed to attend one travel CLE a year and it was all paid for, but not the last few years. I can cobble together enough CLEs from conferences I speak at and free events around town usually.

No and no. But most of us can meet our CLE requirements by attending (free) training offered by our division or work-related training that the office pays for.

Not any more, no. We used to get bar dues (only one State, though most of us are members of more than one) and one or two work-related conferences a year that might count for CLE depending on your requirements. The bar dues went away a couple years ago, and the conference fees are theoretically possible but really there's no money.
We never got straight-up CLE money just because CLE is a license requirement -- not even my private practice job offered that -- but might get admin time to attend a CLE course or conference if work-related.

CLE -- Yes, if related to work and if current budget allows (infrequently). We seek public interest/public agency fees from all CLE sponsors such as ELI and ALI-ABA, which are usually a considerable discount from the standard price.
Conferences: Not usually but if specifically related and within budget, yes. Can also get official time or admin leave, depending on the situation, to go to a conference that is related to agency mission that you are paying for yourself.
