Some of the things I pack for our picnics at the park-

Deli turkey or pieces of rotisserie chicken ( ok served cold)
GF crackers/ non GF whole wheat low sodium crackers
Cheese slices / cheese sticks
Black olives
Grapes / pieces of fruit

The kids get to make their own little cracker sandwiches.

I also bring pasta. I heat it up before we leave and keep it in the cooler bag (without ice) to keep it warm until we are ready to eat.

Any good easy picnic ideas that are easy, filling, portable in a stroller (so just a very small cooler bag), delicious, and oh yeah, gluten free but appealing to those who aren't? Too much to ask? Hummus, veggies, and fruit are our go-to options, but I'm looking to branch out.
