First, congrats! But I'm confused by this...if you did NCIVF, how would you have implanted embryos from round one?

I am in the 2ww right now with our first NCIVF cycle at Dominion, and in the same boat as the OP -- due to husband's religious beliefs we are not doing stimulated IVF. I did a lot of research and decided that Dominion was the way to go since they do more NCIVF than any other clinic. I'm glad that Dominion does it. That said, I am not a big fan of their office. A minor complaint in the grand scheme of things, but the music they have on in the waiting room and procedure rooms is atrocious, and so loud! We loved our doctor at SG, and would have stayed with them if they were willing to do natural cycle.

I agree. You want to go with someone who has tons of experience in this. Dominion does more NCIVF than everyone else combined.

GW has had a lot of turmoil lately so I would check out the previous threads on this site about them prior to committing to that clinic.

Agree, DF is your best bet.

I did NCIVF with DF and it worked on the 2nd round, they have the most experience with this approach and I found them after my RE at SG actually got mad at me for asking about it.
My DH would never agree to stim IVF due to the possibility of excess embryos so given my DH's poor motility it was our best option.

I did two ncivf's with Dr. F. Neither worked but then again I'm 43!

I did a lot of research into this last year (thankfully didn't end up needing it), and as far as I could find, Dominion and GW are your only options. In my experience, GW is the least structured clinic in DC - they will work with you on a protocol you feel comfortable with, rather than sticking to a "this is the way we do things, full stop" attitude that many clinics (i.e., Shady Grove) seem to have.

Can anyone provide any information on the range of local options for natural cycle IVF? I know Dominion has a long history of it. Does Frankfurter at GW also do it? Are there others? Is one practice more successful than others? We won't do stimulated IVF because of my husband's religious beliefs. We're also a one-car family, so a location that was metro-accessible (e.g. GW) is vastly better from a logistics perspective.
