PP poster here. I used MetroGel for years before they came out with Finacea, and I believe Finacea works better (and there is no odor or staining). It's not the "preferred" medication according to most insurance companies, but I prefer it over MetroGel.
I have not tried any kind of laser therapy, but please let us know how the pulse dye laser works!
