I find it the easiest to use among all realty/home websites in the area. I especially love that it narrows down by neighborhood name very specifically. I live in a zipcode with a gazillion different and distinct neighborhoods and it is a PIA to filter through those.
for a long time--it was also the only website that showed 'days on market (DOM), price changes (original price, adjusted price), etc. They also were the only ones with a direct link to sellers info. (taxes, purchase price). It was one stop clicking.

I don't understand the hate either. Someone here keeps posting over and over again about how much they dislike the site. If you dislike it so much just don't use it. Seems like posters here push Redfin (which I can't stand) just as hard or harder.
