Regardless of the type of job or position, you always dress professional for the interview. It's common courtesy and shows you are serious about being hired. What the job or position is isn't relevant.
Professional dress leads to being treated professionally.

For this environment, I would go one step down from a suit. Sheath dress and cardigan, or nice blouse and dress pants.

I have an interview at a very casual company. They pride themselves on offering a super flexible and casual environment. Flex schedules, anything goes in terms of attire (khakis, polos, jeans, etc). Women who work there will typically wear a skirt with bare legs and sandals or capris with wedge sandals.
Do I need to wear a suit for an interview? I don't own one. Would dress pants and a nice blouse/sweater be okay?
