Job hunting is indeed a full time job as they say, and you just have to find whatever way you can. I typically look for and apply to jobs at night once he's asleep and other stuff is done around the house. My kid doesn't really nap much either so on weekends I do get hubby to watch him when he doesn't have to do work himself.

If so, hire a mother's helper or babysitter to give you free time.

Are you a single mother? If not, have your spouse take over for the afternoon while you spend 5 or so hours on job searching.

Do you have a partner/spouse that you can say, "I need an hour in the other room to apply for a job or two"?

DD is 9 mo old. I am currentlyvworking fulltime. It took me three hours to find and apply for one job. I spent a whole morning nap on it plus had to entertain DD for an hour linger while I finished writing a cover letter. How the hell do people with babies find time to apply for jobs? Basically, I could apply to one job a day if I did no laundry, cleaning, or anthing else. Tips?
