Krab is usually all Alaskan pollock - bland white fish that can be turned into anything. Mostly sustainable, except for high by catch rates. But not the worst seafood to eat.

Chop up, add chopped scallions, tiny bit of sesame oil, salt, pepper and whisked raw egg. Fry into patties. Delicious!!
