Mmmm pb&j. There is just something so appealing about - a fresh pb&j made with wonder bread, creamy pb, and raspberry jam. I remember a friend's mom making those after school - she even cut off the crusts! Such a far cry from the ones we got: dense wheat bread, thin grape jelly hat soaked the bread by lunch, and crunchy peanut butter that made too thick a layer. Yuck!!! Every single day for lunch for years ...

Also middle aged and into PB. But I like green. Can we co-exist?
