We actually have been using all kinds of glucosamine supplements and have mostly carpets. He can't get up stairs any longer and needs to be carried. His one back leg splays in particular.

My old dog used to get them and they worked to a point. I'm a big user of glucosamine products now to help, as well as lots of rugs and beds (I have hardwood floors and its hard on her legs).

Does anyone get these for their arthritic dog and does it help?
